The shoe was created in 1995 by British designer Vivienne Westwood, and is part of “Vivienne Westwood Shoes: An Exhibition 1973- 2010” taking place at the Selfridges Ultralounge department store in London.
Obviously, Brits have a more interesting idea of “department store” than we do.
